Welcome to my about page 👋

Let me tell you a bit about myself. I began my journey in the academic skies of aviation, studying the intricacies of flight and aerodynamics. But as I soared through my studies, a curious thing happened – my interest in IT began to take flight alongside my passion for aviation.

What started as a simple Python side project for the labeling of aircraft photos, developed into a full-blown passion with all things IT. Over the years I have become familiar with many languages and technologies, and became just a bit crazy about Linux and Neovim in particular, and yes, I do use Arch btw 😉.

Besides tinkering with software, I also love tinkering with hardware: building my own server, desktop and even keyboards gives me great joy. My further interests include reading, studying history, playing piano and and cooking. If my name didn’t give it away, Italian in particular is my favorite cuisine to cook.

My quest for the future is to combine my passion for aviation and IT into career prospects. Picture me as a digital navigator, navigating the skies of technology with a flight plan fueled by curiosity and thurst of innovation. With this, I hope this will culminate into a positive contribution to the futures of both these industries.
